Advanced Custom Chrome: Gallery

A very rare grill from a 1940 Cadillac V16.

The grill was hit hard and was broken into many pieces.

We had to make all of the vertical grill bars since they were beyond repair.

For the horizontal bars we made a fixture so we could line them up properly.

Then we welded the pot metal back together.

Re-chromed and better than new.
